The program builds a talent cultivation system combining localization and internationalization through short-term, long-term, and professionally customized courses, winter and summer programs, joint credit courses taught by Chinese and foreign teachers, joint training projects, and senior business visits.

The program closely follows the “Double First-Class” initiative, explores pathways for the internationalization of higher education, and analyzes its theoretical significance and practical value. It has served over 5,000 students and faculty members, established long-term partnerships with top overseas universities such as the University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, and University of Munich, as well as more than 20 domestic universities including Beijing Jiaotong University and Sichuan University. It has engaged in in-depth exchanges with over 40 internationally renowned professors to enhance the level of education internationalization.

Our study tour programs lead students into the historic campuses of Oxford and Cambridge, where they participate in simulated classes, academic workshops, and discuss global issues with local students, scholars, and professors. Students experience the unique charm of British education. The curriculum includes general courses (such as British history and business English), specialized courses (such as finance, management, and law), and forum exchanges (such as dialogues with outstanding Oxford and Cambridge doctoral students and industry elite career sharing). These activities help broaden students’ international horizons and inspire their career aspirations.

In addition to customized courses for middle and university students, the program offers tailor-made corporate business visits and Oxford-Cambridge MBA courses for entrepreneurs. The courses focus on business analysis, legal and financial risk management, finance, and corporate management knowledge. They are jointly taught by senior mentors and strategic consultants in the Greater China region (including experts in succession and corporate crisis management), providing entrepreneurs with strategic training and resource support to help their businesses stand out in a competitive commercial environment.

The Third Monkey Enterprise Academy brings together entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts to provide an efficient communication platform. It assists entrepreneurs in addressing challenges in stages such as takeoff, succession, transformation, and integration, ensuring sustainable long-term development of enterprises.
